Free initial phone consultation (15 minutes)
A 15% discount on our Telephone Consulting Fee (available throughout Canada). This involves a full needs assessment, analysis, search and recommendations of seniors’ residences that meet their needs. Results will be provided by email. Standard fee is $295 + tax. After the Blue Advantage discount, the fee is $250 + tax
A 20% discount on our In-Person Consulting Fee (available ONLY in Greater Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa). A Senior Advisor will meet with the family in person or virtually up to 3 times. A first meeting will involve a full assessment including expected care requirements, budget, geography, culture, religion and environment. This will be followed by an email summary and recommendation of the top 3-5 ideal retirement residences to meet their needs. Advisors will organize and attend tours with the family of the top 2 residences. The family will provide guidance and support through the entire search process. If other services are required (e.g. movers, downsizers, real estate agents) recommendations can be provided. Standard fee is $595 + tax. After the Blue Advantage discount, the fee is $475 + tax.
Lianas Retirement Home Search and Senior Transition Support
Lianas Retirement Home Search and Senior Transition Support assists families and their loved ones in finding the ideal senior living community to meet their existing and future needs. We also assist families with recommended movers, downsizers and real estate agents that specialize in senior transitions. Our initial 15 minute phone consultation is provided at no charge.
